How long is a rental?
Each rental covers the full Friday–Sunday weekend. Enter your event date in the request form; exact pickup or delivery and return times will be confirmed with your reservation.
How does yard-game pricing work?
One yard game is $25. Rent two or more yard games for $15 each for the full weekend.
How does board-game pricing work?
Choose a weekend package: any 3 games for $10, any 5 for $15, any 8 for $20, or any 10 for $25.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A separate $25 refundable security deposit is required for every reservation. It is returned after all games and pieces are returned on time, complete, clean, and without damage beyond normal wear.
How do I know whether a game is available?
Submit the Yard Game or Board Game Rental Request form with your event date and selections. RR Game Rentals will check availability and contact you with your exact total and next steps. Submitting a form does not confirm the reservation.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes. Free customer pickup is available in the Grand Rapids area. Paid local delivery may be available depending on the address and schedule.
Who assembles the games?
Rentals are self-service. Customers assemble and take down the games using the included pieces or instructions. Delivery does not include setup unless RR Game Rentals agrees to it in writing before the event.
What if pieces are lost or damaged?
Please contact us immediately. The renter is responsible for missing pieces or damage beyond ordinary wear, including reasonable cleaning, repair, or replacement costs.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 48 hours before the confirmed rental start time for a full refund. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details and exceptions.
