Customer pickup
Customer pickup is free and available in the Grand Rapids area. For privacy and security, the exact pickup instructions are provided after your booking is confirmed.
Please arrive during your confirmed pickup window and bring a vehicle with enough clean, dry cargo space for your selected games. Some giant games may require an SUV, van, pickup truck, or folded rear seats.
Self-service setup
Customers assemble and take down their rented games using the included pieces or instructions. Please keep every piece together, clean, and dry. Setup is not included with pickup or delivery unless RR Game Rentals agrees to it in writing before the event.
Paid local delivery
Paid local delivery may be available in Grand Rapids and surrounding communities depending on the address, distance, number of games, and schedule. The delivery charge will be confirmed before the booking is finalized.
Returns
Games must be returned or ready for pickup at the confirmed end of the weekend rental. Please keep all pieces together, dry, and reasonably clean.
