Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental
Cancel at least 48 hours before the confirmed rental start time to receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Cancellations within 48 hours
Payments are nonrefundable within 48 hours of the confirmed rental start time because the games have been reserved and made unavailable to other customers. When notice is provided before the rental begins, RR Game Rentals may offer one rescheduling credit at its discretion.
Weather
If unsafe weather is expected, contact us before the rental begins. Approved weather-related changes receive a rescheduling credit valid for 12 months. Refunds are not provided for weather after equipment has been picked up, delivered, or used.
No-shows and early returns
No-shows, refusal of a scheduled delivery, and early returns are not eligible for a refund.
Company cancellation
If RR Game Rentals cannot provide a reserved game, the customer may choose a comparable available replacement, account credit, or a refund for the unavailable item.
