By completing a booking with RR Game Rentals, the renter confirms that they are at least 18 years old and agrees to the terms below.
Rental period, pricing, and minimum order
Each game is $15 for the full Friday–Sunday weekend. A $25 minimum order applies. A one-game order is therefore $25; two games are $30, three games are $45, and each additional game is $15.
Refundable security deposit
A refundable security deposit is required and will be shown or confirmed during booking. The deposit is returned after all games and pieces are returned on time, reasonably clean, and without damage beyond normal wear. RR Game Rentals may deduct applicable late, cleaning, missing-piece, repair, or replacement charges.
Assembly and care
Rentals are self-service unless otherwise agreed in writing. The renter is responsible for assembling and taking down the games using the provided pieces or instructions and for keeping all equipment dry, reasonably clean, secure, and protected from theft, misuse, pets, sprinklers, rain, and severe weather.
Safe use
Use games only as intended, follow all provided instructions, place equipment on a stable surface, and provide responsible adult supervision for children. Stop using any item that appears damaged or unsafe and contact RR Game Rentals.
Missing or damaged equipment
Normal wear from proper use is expected. The renter is responsible for missing pieces and damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper storage, weather exposure, or failure to follow instructions.
Pickup, delivery, and access
The renter must provide accurate contact and location information and ensure safe access for delivery or pickup. Paid delivery does not include setup unless agreed in writing before the event.
Assumption of risk
Outdoor and party games involve ordinary risks including trips, falls, thrown objects, and contact with equipment. The renter accepts responsibility for supervising use and maintaining a safe play area.
Cancellations
Cancellations, rescheduling, and weather-related changes are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
